Getting rest and stress-relief are challenges for everyone, but it’s probably even more difficult for entrepreneurs. March has been great so far, but it’s also required me to be “on” at all times. I spent 9 days on-site with a client, then came home to handle taxes, find a new healthcare plan, and launch a new partnership. I’m spending my days working on information architecture and content management for clients, while spending my nights working on marketing and sales strategy for myself…and I’m also trying to have a bit of a social life.

At some point, you have to give your brain a rest or it can go AWOL on you at the worst time. I’m at that point now, but my only tried and true methods are to hit the gym & veg-out on Netflix.
